Hilary serves as Managing Director, Human Capital and is responsible for Manchester Capital’s human resource operations and policies. Her role includes working with other senior management on employee relations, talent recruiting and retention, employee onboarding, managing employee records, compensation and incentive plans, and employee reviews and development goals.
Hilary received her J.D. from Pepperdine School of Law and her B.A. from University of California, Santa Barbara. She has served as corporate counsel for various publicly traded companies for over fifteen years. She enjoys being active in the Santa Barbara community and currently serves as President of the Board of Trustees of the Santa Barbara Historical Museum. She is an avid equestrian in the discipline of Three-Day Eventing and has ranked as one of the top amateurs in the U.S. She loves being active and spending time outdoors in Santa Barbara with her three dogs.
