From beginning to end, we take a comprehensive approach intended to help you maximize the potential value of your real estate investments and pursue your long-term goals. We do not charge acquisition, disposition, or financing fees, nor do we charge a promoted interest.  Rather, we charge a flat asset management fee based on the value of the property and the complexity of the services provided.
