From beginning to end, you can rest assured that we are taking the steps necessary to maximize your returns and reach the goals you expect from your real estate investments. We do not charge acquisition, disposition, or financing fees, nor do we charge a promoted interest.  Rather, we charge a flat asset management fee based on the value of the property and the complexity of the services provided.
