Investing in Land

Diversify your wealth through land holdings,
which can also be a tangible asset to enjoy

Over several years, we worked closely with a client family to identify and purchase a unique land property that met their intergenerational goals. Ultimately, we acquired 30,000 acres of ranch and timberland in Northern California on their behalf.

We remain actively involved in the management of this land investment, including the creation and donation of conservation easements, development of a carbon sequestration credit program, creation and oversight of a sustainable timber harvest program, implementation of sales strategies for outlying parcels, obtaining government grants for habitat conservation and access improvement, development of sustainable grazing practices with rancher tenants, and creation of programs with the Fish and Wildlife Service for the limited sale of highly-prized hunting tags.
