Bart serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and directs the firm’s private real estate portfolios. Before joining Manchester Capital in 1998, he was Chief Financial Officer of Environmental Power Corp., a public company engaged in developing electric power generating facilities. Bart started his career with a CPA firm, practicing for eleven years with a concentration in audit, tax, and business management services.
As an undergraduate, he majored in accounting and finance at both University of Vermont and Stetson University. He is a former Trustee and Treasurer of the Merck Forest Foundation and has served on numerous civic and charitable organizations. The proud father of two, Bart’s ideal vacation is surfing with family and friends.
