Bart serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and directs the firm’s private real estate portfolios. Before joining Manchester Capital in 1998, he was Chief Financial Officer of Environmental Power Corp., a public company engaged in developing electric power generating facilities. Bart started his career with a CPA firm, practicing for eleven years with a concentration in audit, tax, and business management services.
As an undergraduate, he majored in accounting and finance at both University of Vermont and Stetson University. He is a former Trustee and Treasurer of the Merck Forest Foundation and has served on numerous civic and charitable organizations.
