Kevin Gallagher

Kevin’s responsibilities include working with clients to identify, underwrite and acquire new real estate opportunities, advising on portfolio and asset‑level strategy, and managing existing client‑owned properties. Prior to joining Manchester Capital, he was a Principal at L3 Capital, an urban retail operator based in Chicago, IL, where he spent ten years acquiring, financing, developing, leasing, and managing a coast‑to‑coast portfolio. Before L3, Kevin worked for three years as an Associate at Eastdil Secured on investment sales in Washington, DC, and began his career at EDENS, a private grocery‑anchored shopping center REIT, as a Capital Markets and Investments Analyst.

Kevin graduated with a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia with concentrations in Finance and Management. He lives in Charlottesville with his wife and two sons. He enjoys reading, skiing, and playing racket sports, and looks for any excuse to be outside with his family.
